I abandoned them not thinking anything of it and now I cannot find the quests and my portal to Pandaria will not work to try and get them back.

Have you tried turning it on and back off again?
Nah but srsly have you gone back to Dalaran at all? The NPC that gives you the quest should reappear hopefully?
On my Shaman I got annoyed with the class hall NPC following me around, so I’d pick up the quest only to abandoned it later and sure enough he was back the next time I was in Dalaran.
Also defo contact customer support if that doesn’t happen. There was a druid that had set themselves At War with the Cenarion Circle and they killed the ambassador until they were hated by the faction. When Legion dropped they were unable to start the class hall quest because there NPCs wouldn’t talk to him lmao. Customer support fixed it for them
