Alliance stop queing ab and go back to AV. The marks nerf is just dumb. Now it will take 2 or 3 months to max honor doing any other BG.

Alliance are going to have to learn to adapt either way to be honest.
AB meta took over so fast that you didn’t see any whining about it, but on Tuesday before everyone figured out that they should just go play 5 minute AB games, Horde had already decided that their new best Honor Per Hour in AV was to clash with Alliance in mid, wipe the entire Alliance raid, camp the Stonehearth Graveyard for about 10 minutes, and then go north and kill Vann once Alliance stopped rezzing.
The end result is that Alliance don’t even get to kill Captain, Commanders, and LTs anymore. AV became a zero honor waste of time for Alliance even before everyone figured out they needed to switch to AB for 80k Honor Per Hour.
With AB and WSG now giving 1 mark per loss, but base honor from HKs still doubled, If Alliance all go back to AV, Horde will just go back to queueing AV and doing that strategy and Alliance will get zero honor like they were before the AB meta fully took off.
It’ll be interesting to see what happens next and if the Alliance can escape the loser mentality prevalent in SoD BGs.

1 Hour losses for 3 Marks or half the honor for a 6 min AV loss. AV is ramping back up.

The people who want rank13 are getting it regardless of what the meta is or how many hours a week it takes to grind
AB is still miles above AV in honor per hour. The fact that you get hks, which are buffed, and can still have quick games if you lose at BS, is likely still going to net double what you can get per hour in AV.
7500 honor per 10 minutes PLUS all the HKs. And this is losing the games.
Nothing will change unless they roll back the honor totals you get from marks.
Still not sure why everyone is so concerned about r13 or even 14 for that matter being ‘too easy’ to get. The gear is trash compared to current pve gear and the weapons aren’t that far off also. It’s a seasonal realm, make it quick and easy.

Back to AV boys. Even with the hks buff AV will still get you more honor per hour. Even with a turtle…

7500 honor in 10 mins? you are assuming you will be winning in 10 mins…the 5 cap rush is over…all games will b e 15 mins + and no more cake walks. So you may have a 15 min AB and only get 1 mark…7500 Honor in 45+ mins.

They should make the av bosses immune to all dmg till all towers are burned. Follow the sod meta around and nerf it every time a new one pops up.
Repeat process until people simply start playing to win because that’s the only way to make honot
