Close games where teams have 2 bases each consistently and control between a 3rd base flips constantly the games will still take around 30 mins.
Which means 5 min loses to 5 caps are still better HPH than a 30 min near loss that gives 3-4 marks or a win. Where as in that time 5 cap losses will get you 5 marks in that same time frame.
A good solution to this would be to increase the resource gains by 2x this in theory should have close games end around 15 mins making it best HPH than losing to 5 caps.
