AB bonus honor not turned on?

I may be remembering wrong, but I thought on the bonus weekend you got the honor tick for every 200 resources, and on a non AB weekend you got it every 330 resources,

it seems to be ticking at 330 even while the BG weekend is active, making the BG weekend pretty useless, unless i’m missing something?

Yep, still not working. Getting 198 per tick, only double honor is on the mark handin. No rep increases either.
