About
We are an 18+ environment, mostly late 20s to early 30s. We want to emphasize a competitive, progress minded raid but in a positive, non toxic environment. Our leadership has extensive experience in mythic raiding and high level M+. Our community is active outside of raid, including multiple M+ teams, game nights and other fun community events.
Guild Goals
Our expectation is to achieve CE every tier with a goal of improving our world ranking each season. We will always be looking to improve and clear mythic faster than the tier before. We will focus on efficiency inside of our raid schedule to excel in total pull counts without adding more raid time.
Raid Schedule
Tuesday/Thursday 8:30PM EST to 11:30PM EST
Wednesday 8:30PM EST to 11:30PM EST (first 4 weeks of each tier)
Raider Expectations
- Attendance and Punctuality: All raiders are expected to be on time and maintain above 90% attendance.
- Spec & Raid Knowledge: You are expected to know the ins and outs of your class. That means your defensives and utility, not just throughput. You are also expected to know the mechanics of fights and guild strategy before going into each encounter.
- Competitive Mindset: We expect all of our raiders to be open to constructive criticism and always be pursuing improvement. Personal improvement will lead to improvement in the raid team overall.
- Positive & Friendly Attitude: All members should help create an enjoyable environment in and out of raid. We expect no racism or toxicity from any member of our community. Bad raid nights happen. Unwanted negativity will further dampen the mood and create an unfun raid experience.
Raid Toon Requirements
We do not require alts. We do encourage individuals to be knowledge with all / multiple specs of their class. If you are unwilling to do that an alt would be a nice substitute. We try to maintain a trimmed roster to ensure folks are getting to play, being flexible goes a long way there!
We do have M+/vault requirements early in the season to make sure the raid ilvl is being increased outside of raid.
