I can’t seem to find the quest to activate the portals from Valdrakken to Org and visa versa. That Winterspring quest marker in the Azure zone does not show the NPC quest giver.
I have looked and looked on the internet for a solution and can find none. Also, a support ticket told me to go look on the internet, basically.

I’m very confused. You seem to be referencing two different things here.
My suggestion would be to move this to the Customer Support Forum and see if they can help. A ticket won’t do much good, because it’s considered gameplay hints to tell you about quests. But CS is usually pretty good with these things.
Portals show up when you do the main campaign that takes you through all the 4 zones of DL, problem is people ding 70 after the 3rd zone, go to valdrakken and are shocked to see no portals.
You gotta do the last zone in the campaign story, visit Azura Span and do the “to valdrakken” quest in campaign that tells you to go to the Capital city and use Valdrakken portal which will give you permanent portal between Valdrakken and Orgrimmar.
A year and half n haven’t done the story?

November 28, 2022 until today isn’t a year and a half, unless Thanksgiving was 6 months ago?
That means that Christmas is almost here again, yay!
It’s part of the valdrakken accord campaign. Do those quests and it opens up. Start with the Valdrakken orientation and continue. Or maybe start with the quest to go to Valdrakken. Then talk to Unatos in the big tower in the middle of the city when he has a quest.
If you are on an alt, and your main already has it open, then you need either to put your alt in adventure mode or complete the same campaign quests to get them to open.
