You cannot place the feast in the current version of the game in the quest A Worthy Offering for the Orc Heritage gear

Yeah it’s a bit annoying - I dropped the quest to re-try but now I can’t get the crabs you need to complete the quest. Great! 
Happening to me as well. Relogging without addons did not fix the problem.
Happening to me too - unable to place feast. Bugged 
I reached the part to create the banquet of the ancestors, it appears that I completed the creation quest, but I did not receive the banquet item to finish the quest.

I’m in the same boat. Can craft the feast but once I do there’s no feast in inventory to place.

Guess I should’ve done it before the patch yesterday. Knowing Blizz this could be a problem a year from now. Aside from the feast not actually going into your inventory it seems to show the quest marker in the ground where the placeholder for the table might be?
Yep, same thing. Was hoping to finish this heritage armor quest today, seems like it’s bugged…

I have put a ticket in
I did as well. I got an autoreply that basically boiled down to “We’re busy cause of the patch issues and here’s a few suggestions to try that are totally unrelated to your issue or that you probably tried before putting in a ticket! Oh and if you don’t reply to this canned response in 24 hours we’ll just assume your issue is resolved and close the ticket!”
Needless to say I replied to that response real fast.

Same here feast doesn’t show up nor does the place to place the feast.
still bugged… tried it again just now 07/26/24 would of been nice to knock this out of the way…
Having same issue. Everything will go into my bags except for the actual feast at the end. Also says the offering stone is below ground.
I really can’t imagine it’s that hard to fix either. I understand they need to make sure the patch is getting fixed, but at the same time that’s what the last few months should’ve been for, not to break more quests. Every maintenance period I cross my fingers…
From a coding perspective I can understand how a new patch can break something seemingly unrelated. I just wish their ability to respond was better. Automated replies that offer worthless suggestions are infuriating, not helpful. I just got ANOTHER one from my last reply that, again, showcases that no human eyes have looked at my ticket and understand the issue.
The short term fix is for a gm to log on to the affected characters and auto-complete that stage of the quest until the devs get around to fixing the actual issue. I stated as much in my latest ticket. But if they send me yet another automated reply I will not be a happy camper and I will make it known as much as I am able.
Still on working. Another Orc and I just sat at the rock looking at each other wondering wtf was happening.
Yeah I put in a ticket within the first few hours of the patch for it. Automated response telling me to try the things I specifically said I tried in my ticket. Maybe Blizz shouldn’t lay off so many people in the future so they can have staffing to respond for occasions like this.

Sadly, with the rise of AI being integrated into every little thing, I think we’ll see less and less human interaction for services in the coming years. On the other hand, some day the AI might end up being superior in both response time and quality of resolution. But who knows if WoW (or I) will still exist by that point.
