A World Awoken Meta permanent?

We’ve gotten a new expansion meta called A World Awoken (https://www.wowhead.com/news/new-dragonflight-expansion-meta-achievement-a-world-awoken-taivan-mount-338131). There is no communication if this achievement will be permanent or until prepatch hits like the old Back from the Beyond (SL version - https://www.wowhead.com/achievement=15654/back-from-the-beyond-legacy) was. It would be nice if we got just quickly get clarification if this achievement is going away or not so one can decide on doing it now or later on.

I was looking for this! Weirdly, I cannot find any info on this. The SL one was just the title, and while I wish I could have gotten it, it’s not that big of a deal in general. Taiven, however, is certainly one of the fan-favorite NPCs in the expansion; I don’t know anyone who doesn’t eventually want to get this mount. But I also don’t see that it will be possible for many people who haven’t already done certain parts of it.

Many people have called out the storm chaser achievement for its randomness and the low odds of getting the storms you need in Thaldrazus, rightly so, I think. However, certain treasures are also huge bottlenecks, particularly the seething cache for achievement 17786. It can only be completed by one person in the zone when it’s up, there is no set respawn, and even on very late nights, half a dozen people are camping at the different spawn points. Realistically, not everyone who wants it can do it before the pre-patch.

Not getting something like this because you don’t just want to do specific grinds is one thing; it’s understandable, and it’s the player’s choice, but not being able to finish because of the nature of the achievement itself feels bad.

Edit March 27th, Blizzard actually removed the seething cache part of the meta achievement, I am so thrilled! It’s fantastic to see the difference in Blizz since SL and their responsiveness to player feedback.
