Yes, it was extremely grindy. The annoying part was waiting for the right storms to pop up, world quests to finally show up, and weekly fishing holes to show up. At least the removed the seething cache from that achievement.

Yes it is. And this statement simply isn’t true:

“other than the dragon riding races, this achievement is very un-fun and involves nothing more than grinding mobs. It’s not enjoyable to do: it is simply a time sink.”

Tell you the truth, everytime i finish an achivement for A worl awoken the next one fills me with anxiety, finished the storms then went to forbidden reach to find out treasures are a pita to get and some rares are bugged when they spawn and you have to be lucky enough to even find them.

Finished that and then found out that i have to farm like 10 treasures maps that have less than 1% drop rate, and then i have to pray for some wq to spawn to finish the photograph legendary ppl, and then the grand hunt colors that are also really low drop chances, and so many other rng per weekly basis here and there for other achives.

This achivement should be called A world of anxiety lol

This feels like it broke the same time they broke the Storm WQs.

I honestly cant remember if i ever noticed the Catalogue quests never spawning until just recently.

Atleast 5 times in the same place and then it not spawning at all 3 times in a row for multiple zones.

Blizz said it was temporary while they fix some borked animations and that goodest boy will be unshrunk come 10.2.7

Meta achievements aren’t meant to be fun, as such, they exist mainly for the meticulous and/or bored players who go (and want to go) the extra mile.

A World Awoken was way fun. Finished it today and rode off on my Taivan! 11/10 Best boy.

I’m stuck waiting another 3 or so weeks for a chance at Grimtusk’s Fishing Hole again since this week it’s being over ridden by Fyrakk’s assault (seriously, WTF!)
