A Word on World of Warcraft

Flying island from island, to the mainland, with, say a SL style transition when you are past a certain point of the edge of the map into the direction you took would add a lvl of immersion unprecedented into the game. Add some nice Wpvp content like holding forts for x time with a crate at the end, and you’ll please the whole pvp player base AND attract new players (considering the density of land to explore)

But they struggle to even give us a good story or some engaging content that actually feels like part of a character progression that isn’t m+ or raid (which is gambling if you don’t afford yourself some fun on those runs)

Pass.

Plus, SL’s islands and etc are all on the same map in order to do the transition anyways. Which i rather they just put them all in the same map without the transition. I want to Dragonride from island to island. That would be kind of cool. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes, but you have to compromise if you ask for anything of this scale. Just an idea. I do think they should make the whole world feel more connected, there is so much to explore yet most of it now feels dead. They don’t even need to make new maps and location if the one that are already there (and freaking plenty) are made alive. I do not advocate for the SL map arrangement, it was indeed bad.

This may be past the WoW formula at this point. As a recent player, I see the opportunities to appeal to the modern player are vast in a already layered environnement such as WoW. Curious to see how the direction can now engage with the players with a fresh and modern take on a conservative (not politically) game. WoW 2? k im done

Are you going to finally kill off the Alliance?
