I suspect no matter how good it is or is not will be the outcome
Stop designing the game like it is some kind of e-sport!!!
The entire game feels like an over designed bloated mess these days, this is why new players are not sticking with the game.
Maybe…more communication this year, I don’t recall when we had the last community council live chat or the last conversation with that portion of players that suppouse to be the sample that represents the playerbase.
I hope there’s more communication overall because it feels like it decreases overtime after Blizzard tried to establish new ways back in 2022-2023.

Eh idk if the community is what we really want to dble down on
Absolutely nobody is as good at saying a lot while saying nothing as the WOW team lol.
All of that word salad to say “No details now but stay tuned more to come”
At least we’ll get housing news today but how much will we really get?
Roleplaying mentioned LET’S GO
Thanks for the update
I said a lot of words, but only one of them really mattered.

This is the #1 thing I want. At this point, might be the only thing I want out of this game.
“We see you too, Classic WoW players!”
Then see AND hear us.

Please spend some dev time on improving guilds.
Remove the guild cap, add more ranks, add more perks, etc.
This is a multiplayer game, guilds are paramount to your success.
YAY HYPE!
Actions/words/execution/blah/blah. Mythic+ / raid + is still the laziest trash that tears apart people and brings out the worst. I am hoping to hang on for the trilogy but haven’t logged in since Christmas.
While these posts are always appreciated, the huge, glaring issue remains the same it has for years with Blizzard:
The cloak and dagger of putting a date for a Patch release until the last possible second for the general community.
WoW is the only Blizzard game that has “seasons,” that don’t have clearly defined beginning and end dates. Diablo, Overwatch, etc. On a broader scale, it’s quite possibly the only game on the market that’s like this.
Now I now there’s significantly more nuance to WoW with balancing, etc.
But my issue lies in the fact that there is a select group of individuals who absolutely know the patch date by now. They literally have to. RWF guys need to book venues, take time off, book caterers, travel, etc. These folks have known about the patch release for the greater part of a month, no question.
Whoever it is at Blizzard who seems so intent on keeping this information a secret to the last possible second, is doing the broader community a massive disservice. There are guilds still trying to push CE, working on Queen, with zero idea on if they’ll get it, and are stuck playing this guessing game of, “will we have enough time?”
Will it be the 25th? Will it be the 4th? Who knows?
We are potentially just 20 days out from a patch if the community is guessing correctly, less than three weeks, and we still haven’t heard a whisper from Blizzard about a release date. It’s borderline cruel, and disrepectful to the community as a whole.
Blizzard really, really needs to change this direction of communication, and start being honest about patch release dates. You have a target date when a season starts, and yes, that will potentially change, but you can’t make your community a promise of the “8 week cycle” while concurrently leaving them guessing on what that actually means, and shifting it around, with zero communication.
This does nothing but breed frustration, tension, and annoyance from your community, and it’s such an easy thing to fix.
What exactly would change for the general population by knowing the exact date of a patch months in advance?
Genuinely.
IF you are still pushing CE or are stuck in some progress, are you magically going to get better at the encounter because you know the date it ends?
This is such a non-issue that invites broader problems, because if they commit and something happens that makes them push the date, then it’s a entirely other issue of people roaring about Blizzard “lying” and demanding for explanations, and why would they say a date if they didn’t know they would be able to deliver.
Just stop.
There are so many other real issues to address with the game, to be wasting time on this stuff.
Can’t wait to live in my polluted, greasy, piss-stained, and ratchet player-owned home!

If you want to improve the social experience, please do more to support guild content. The game feels more and more like the world of pugcraft. There is very little reason to join a guild these days outside of the cutting edge achievement (just the achievement, the gear is all obtainable by pugging or even just doing pug 5 mans).
PLEASE consider reducing the roster size required for mythic raiding. the roster boss is stronger than it ever has been, and it really needs a nerf.
Yeah, Blizzard speaking my language now.
