This article is encouraging, especially this part:
We remain committed to always being in conversation with you, listening, watching, and being as transparent as possible as we cook up new adventures for you wherever your journey takes you in Azeroth.
Can you please demonstrate the sincerity of this message by appointing a representative to the PvP Battleground subforum and engaging the players in a discussion regarding the current issues?
Also, while it is good to know you will be listening, it is equally important for players to understand what you have learned, ensuring both sides are on the same page, and assuring the players that you haven’t ignored their plea. Please open your Issue/Request list for everyone to access. This is the most basic and the proper way to provide the player (the customer) the transparency needed.
The ONLY content in WoW that I enjoy is the Epic Battleground, but they have long been neglected and plagued with severe game-breaking issues that took away all the enjoyment. And worse, you had made NO communication with the Epic BG players. This has been going on for many years, and it has finally reached the breaking point for me (and a few friends). While we won’t be continuing our subscriptions, if you can prove your words with actions, we will be more than happy to return.
You MUST establish and maintain a good communication channel with the minority communities (eg Epic BG players) you have ignored, NOW.
