I have read multiple sources online trying to figure out the requirements for this mount and I keep meeting them only to find out the requirements are different than everyone else has said. I would Greatly appreciate wither some clarity or if Blizzard could please fix this horribly bugged quest. Clearly I’m not the only one having issues.
To be clear, I have all the items necessary, I am renown 22, and I have done “sneaking out” (I even completed that quest line and got the mount for that) I just want to know what the actual requirements are for this insanely bugged questline to actually appear
