A Void Class would be a nice addition

We got fel lite with Warlocks but then they added Demon Hunters which are all fel based.

Since we have void lite with Shadow Priests I’m really hopeful they add a full on void class.

Full Plate - 3 specs

  • Ranged Caster Summoner
  • Void Based Healer
  • Void Tank

The range caster similar to demo warlock and unholy dk summoning void creatures to attack enemies while you slam them void bolts, void hexs, and void curses.

Void healer summoning void creatures to latch onto friendlies and they absorb the damage that would be dealt to them. Then also sacrificing void creatures to heal your allies and having them mitigate damage acting as a void creature shield to split damage from others.

Then the void tank that augments its body using void etched armor to bind void powers and creatures to the caster. Sometimes swapping places with massive void entities allowing them to enter the material plane temporarily and you take their place holding the portal to the void open for a duration. As well as void rituals to buff your damage and mitigation. Binding yourself to a void obelisk that you can place down. While active you split damage between you and the obelisk. Damage dealt to the obelisk radiates outward to enemies within a certain range. When the obelisk breaks it release several void creatures that fly back to the caster augmenting their damage and causing void explosions briefly to all enemies and friendlies within range.

If you ever played Rift a lot of inspiration from the Defiler soul for the tank spec.

Bard has never been a combat class in WoW. It’s just a guy with a lute.

Using mail would probably be more fitting as we lack those. But I do agree that something like that would be wanted

Or shadow hunters. They could wear mail too since most of the shadow hunter npcs have mail transmog. Alliance could get the same class just renamed to something else. Or alliance get dark trolls and I’m not the biggest fan of that idea but could stomach it if it meant a shadow hunter class

I feel like classes exist that already fit the Void theme, like me, my subtlety rogue, my unholy death knight and warlock, but I wouldn’t say no to a Void based class. Shadow Hunter perhaps.
