Just logged in tonight, haven’t had this problem and night prior. I’m playing Classic on Arcanite Reaper, on my rogue. Whenever I hit ESC, the Main Menu or Help Request, click out of any of my other toolbar buttons, and I THINK looting causes the peon voice clip “More Work?” to play.
Constantly hearing that clip is making this unplayable. I could mute my sound, but I’d prefer not to. Any advice?

Update Edit: I logged into my priest and even created a new character. This effects are literally ONLY on my rogue.

I was having this problem and it went away after I disabled the MonkeyQuest addon. Do you have that installed?

I do have MonkeyQuest. Good to know. I’ve been playing with sound effects disabled (despite what I said in my original post) and checked it recently to find that it had gone away. Good to know, though!
