I see this in Tol Barad, every few minutes on a busy server. Is this supposed to be making it more meaningful?

No idea. At first it was entertaining, then it got annoying, then it got entertaining again when I found it it could be heard on places thats not Azeroth…then it got annoying again.

They should really have limited it to only DF zones.
