Pre-bis+ gear is required, consumables and world buffs are required for C’Thun raid and highly encouraged as they both help the raid and increase your priority on loot.
We are a transparent LC with spreadsheets tracking attendance, loot distribution and priority to core raiders vs non-core members.
T. Emp tanking roles already covered so shadow gear isn’t required.
