I don’t think people who want sharding are trolls. I understand why they want it. I just have my own reasons as to why I don’t want sharding based on my own experiences.
Which is perfectly normal. There are many people in the middle that understand the need for sharding during the launch window, and then don’t want to see it again after that.
You have extremism on both sides. People like Ziryus on one side, and Gnocci(Brokenwind), Gnarlybolt, Fesz, and Fateweaver on the other. The more moderate posters like Studmuffyn and yourself are what everyone here should aspire to.

There are also those that claim to want sharding only in the starting areas, yet cannot even hold themselves to that limitation if what they see only as obstacles (all those other players in an MMO) extend beyond those starting areas.

I love how you place me in the “extremist” camp, despite specifically saying I understand the need at launch but do not want it because I see them easily expanding it. But hey, you have to keep the troll thing going I guess.

Man, it’s literally the same small handful of pro-change people posting in every thread. You, Ziryus, Fallanaa, Tankshow (no posts this time, but I see some likes), and a few others who come and go less frequently.
Point being, nothing has changed–it’s the same bunch of pot-stirrers as it has been since I first showed up here a couple of months ago.

It’s easy to figure out who the majority is, though, thanks to the Heart system. Notice how you and Whiskee get a very small amount of them? It’s because people aren’t agreeing with you guys.

Nah that’s just on this forum now, and even then it’s pretty much the same handful of people voting. When this forum first came out there was a lot more actual discussion and if you go to other forums it’s little bit less of an echo chamber.
And somehow the pro sharding people don’t feel or do the same?
