Just finished this achievement with my main character (completed all mage towers) – A tour of towers. When i switch to an alt character and complete one mage tower on that character, my reward mount disappeared and could not smmuon. The ahievement is still showed there and I’m pretty sure is completed (I have summoned the reward mount before I switched my character. Could you please check if it can be fixed asap. Thanks

Also having the same issue but nothing to do with trying a challenge on an alt. I was just doing world quests on my alt, I was using the mount normally, then I went afk for an hour, logged back in, and the mount is gone from the collection tab randomly. I am literally mounted on it still on my main (from before logging out) but I cant re-summon it and its not in my collection tab.
Incase anyone is going to say something like “fake credit from xylem taken back”, there was nothing out of the ordinary for the completion of each challenge.

QUICK UPDATE: when i fully quit the wow and battlenet and wait for a while then log back. the mount will be able to summon again. However, when i switched to an alt, the mount lost again.
Yup Can confirm after doing 2 seperate but same events on 2 different characters over 2 days that this achievement is non functioning when it comes to giving you completion once you have done an event. Most of the time you are not even given any awareness you are even partaking like the lorewalker Cho one where you cant even use the bench provided to si in since it only hold one player when it can accomodate 3. They really need to iron out little errors like this and fast if they want people to actually enjoy there time there and not be wasting it.
