My wife is currently unable to start A Titanic Adventure for the Sojourner Achievement in the isle of dorn. The person to talk to start the quest is not there at all for her. I was able to do it on my account but for some reason the quest is not available for her.
A guild member of mine had a similar problem. It’s very easy to miss that they’ve moved to a new area, especially if you’re mass turning in quests.
To the Northeast there’s three islands. On the smaller of the three, on the shoreline, there should be a group of three NPCs that should allow you to continue it.

Gotcha. If you go to Rumbleshire, the farm area, is Rannan there to start it?
no he isnt
Weird… only thing I can think of is continuing the main storyline if you haven’t done it yet, as quite a few of side quests get unlocked based on that.
What quests does she currently have in Dorn?
she has completed every quest in dorn outside of that one. lvl 80 and has campaign completed currently
I’m having the same problem on side quest lines in Hollowfall and A’K. This is absolutely a bug and I can’t believe it hasn’t been hotfixed yet. I’ve tried all of the “is it plugged in” fixes. It is not that.
