Pepe is usually character specific when you learn him, i.e., if I learn Ninja Pepe on my hunter, my other warband characters don’t have him unless they go learn him.
So my question is, do I have to earn Tricorne Pepe on each of the characters I want him on, or is he learned on my warband when I buy him?
