Brann isnt giving the quest after having the previous quest surface bound completed! Just before turning in surface bound game crashed, area 52 went offline and now it doesnt let me work trough the questline for unlocking the adventure mode
Stuck in the same boat. Brann not providing quest.
I find I am having this same issue as well. Surface Abound is “true” for completion, A Time to Come Together is “false.” Brann does not have the quest for me. And Moira isn’t where she is supposed to be, she’s still hanging out with Jaina and Thrall in front of the faction embassies.
This is still an issue. A Time to Come Together quest bugged. Brann isnt giving the quest after having the previous quest surface bound completed. I checked wowhead and I do have the quest Surface Bound completed, but not A Time to Come Together, it’s not available and Moira is not where she is supposed to be.
