Call Romuul for aid.

How? Do I go all the way to the Exodar? It doesn’t show that’s where to go in the map. The map shows were I am as were I should go, but there doesn’t seem to be any way to call Romuul? Nothing with the NPCs. Nothing in my bags. Quest text unclear.

I really don’t want to run all the way back to the Exodar if that’s not what I’m supposed to do. Asking here would take less time.

There should be an extra action button somewhere (can’t remember if its from standing in the right spot or from an item you are given)

(you may need to be dismounted?)

Hmm. I got nothing. I just watched someone do it on stream and yeah my quest is broken.
