The Knights Radiant guild is looking to add a few members to our core raid team!
What we need
We are looking to add DPS and another tank. We would like to add 3-8 more players. We are open to any spec/class.
Raid Times
Raid nights are Monday and Tuesday 9-Midnight Eastern time.
Progression
We have everything on farm, and full cleared BWL first week. Similarly, we full cleared MC our first week in. Our in game leadership has full experience through Vanilla Naxx, and we will be around through all of classic and beyond.
Why we are recruiting
Throughout the last few months of classic, we have lost some players due to real life attrition, as I am sure many groups have, and would like to add a few more faces to our team to round out the roster. Our main concern is finding players who are a good fit for guild temperament and our current members, as we all want to enjoy the time we choose to spend in game together.
Who we are/Guild Makeup
Our guild is made up of slightly older players who still enjoy end game content. I would guess the average member is in their 30s, although we are open to anyone who works well with us. We have families and careers, and view wow as a hobby/get away from our day to day lives. We enjoy the time we have in game with our friends, and many of the people in our guild have been playing with each other for over a decade. For many of us, that enjoyment is primarily driven by raiding, getting better parses, blowing up some people in battlegrounds, doing better as a group etc.
Loot system
We run a loot council system that aims to be fair and unbiased. We track as many metrics as we can so that decisions are based on things like loot distribution, BiS lists, expected dps/hps increase, desired items of the individual, etc. We want to minimize drama around loot (and in general) as much as possible, as we are all choosing to take time out of our busy lives to play this game for enjoyment
We do not have designs on trying to be a world first guild, and only ever plan on raiding officially two nights a week, but when we raid we want to be focused and get stuff done. Many of us come from progression guilds, and competitive focused gaming past, but again are older now. We may not have time to play 16 hours a day, but when we are on, we want to do our best. Many players take full consumables, and compete directly for high DPS/HPS etc.
