Pardon my intrusion but I have been thinking of “starting over” and going to a fresh server where I can RP, PvP, Raid, and “do it all” to have fun. What are you looking for as far as members / roles / needs?
Hi! We welcome anyone so long as they follow and abide by our guild policies which can be best summarized as ‘be kind, be respectful, be friendly’ ! We encourage folks to play what they enjoy. Our website gives a rundown and an application to join but i’m happy to answer any questions you may have as well! We don’t require max level to join.

I’ve played WoW off and on since launch, and have been a member of many guilds. By far, The Ashen Vale has been the finest of them. This guild is chock full of friendly, helpful players, is well run, has LOADS of fun, organized events, and approachable leadership. I can’t say enough good things about TAV!
EDIT: I’m unguilded as I haven’t played in over a year, and I’ve just decided to return.

I am posting here to do a review of this guild. I was in this guild for a short time about 3 years ago(you can see where I bumped this thread Aug 2019). I left this guild at the time to find a more pvp focused guild. However, I never forgot the this guild(other guilds were forgettable). What made this guild so great was it’s strong community(this to me is the most important thing on a guild). This was possibly the best guild I was in on Emerald Dream. Looking back at it I wish I would not have left the guild. Sometimes the grass isn’t greener. It is sad it looks like they are no longer around.

Anyone know if there are any remnants left or where the members and leaders went in game ?
I wasn’t aware that folks could still post on the forums despite being unsubbed so giving this a try.
Just wanted to thank you all for your kind words - there are still a few folks playing under banner but our majority are still unsubbed or have migrated to more active guilds in the interim.
We posted an announcement in our guild Discord on 1/26 that essentially says that as a leadership team, we’ve determined we’re not yet ready to return in full swing for both content and company reasons, but with the Microsoft acquisition, pending 10.0 announcement and hopefully company changes a return may be possible closer to a new expansion.
We’re staying active in Discord with a variety of activities, other games, movies, etc, and if any of our former members are looking to reconnect please feel free to reach out to me on discord - Aeriara#5223
