The Grimtotem have been around for a while (to say the least).
Night elf paladins are what I’m looking forward to the most. I was so excited when Delas Moonfang became a pally in Legion because it meant that night elf pallies are a real thing in the Warcraft universe and I’ve wanted them even more badly ever since. Void elf or night elf shaman is another race/class combo that I’m looking forward to as well.

You have no idea how badly I want this. The moment this becomes available (and it will eventually be a reality), I can finally transfer to Horde on my main druid (the other races that can be druid on horde are stinky

How do you explain the fact the stench of Human is masked by stealth? You know you all smell like toe jam, don’t you? Just like Limberger Cheese!
You really just have to justify one spec to justify the race/class combo, in this case it would be Outlaw Rogue, several well known Tauren Pirates.
Some warriors can, if they are night elves

All races attract attention when stealthing nearby something. I always assumed they smelled something but couldn’t figure out what.

Void elf paladins is an even worse idea and completely contradictory.

Wait are you going off the idea that tauren are just bovids standing on two legs? ignoring the fact that this is a fantasy setting and tauren most likely have some kind of hygiene regimen, they are a race that values hunting to some degree (hunting for food not the tame beast type though they have that to obviously) and in order to hunt prey one needs to be stealthy. But hey don’t take MY word for it, YOU try trying to hunt a deer without sneaking up on it.

I agree that certain race/class combos would be pretty dumb (like velf Paladins) but tauren Rogues and Mages do not fall into that category.
There is no physical difference between a Grimtotem and Thunder Bluff tauren plus the Grimtotem has officially been a part of the Horde since Cata. The Grimtotem has always been heavy magic users with sorcerers and rogues in their ranks.
Also, unlike velf Paladins, a tauren rogue or mage wouldn’t explode for just being what they are.

That actually doesn’t happen unless the hooves are shod, meaning they have shoes attached to them. It’s the metal that makes the ‘clicking and clacking’ sound. If you have a horse without shoes, it can actually walk fairly quietly.
As far as I know, only Lightforged Draenei have metal plates on their hooves.
