You guys really need to consider upping the drop rate on these fish. I’ve been fishing for an hour and I have 2 of the 4 needed for the quest.

It had me stumped and frustrated but one of the following – or combo of --produced quick results.
I got fishing lvl over 50, and completed 2 daily fishing quests in Darnassus, which increased my skills, and equipped my fishing pole instead of merely carrying it, also applied a shiny bauble.
AND then fished in the swift running mouth of the nearby river, approx 5-10 feet forest side of the quest giver, Johnathan Staats on the same edge of the rock he’s standing on.
I don’t know which one of these things worked but after I did them, I got 4 grouper in 5 casts.
