T A L O N is brand new small guild located on Frostmourne OCE server base from Melbourne ( AEDT ) we are Alliance , friendly, social-chilled, mature, outgoing, casual semi-hardcore PVE guild .
Guild is put together with vastly veteran, experience players who have been playing since, WoW Vanilla launch back in 2004.
We a small guild at the moment and is focusing in recruiting all variety class/spec, a brand new player , or experience player who returning excited and for upcoming Shadowlands expansion release, who is without a guild and in need for a guild to join.
Our guild is very small at the moment, our goals and vision is to formed a core raiding/mythic+ team ASAP, before the first Shadowlands raid content releases.
The team is made up with exceptional experience players playing since vanilla release, and hoping we can rallied up enough troops to start small, slow and chilled social guild, while having that casual raid atmosphere while still being serious-minded about progression, and maybe we can crack on few mythic+ keys runs along the way, we are truly highly, determined and motivated to make this happen.
RAID TIMES : TBA – as we still in process in forming a team ASAP, the raid will be most likely once or twice a week, start of slow and see how we pick up from from there.
Raid Days will be probably either on Sun-Mon or Wed-Thru,
Raid Time will be probably 7pm ADET.
Again raid days and time may subject to changed, once we established a full team.
GUILD PROGESSION : As intro stated, we are fresh brand new guild with no progression at the moment, if you looking for a guild with progression early on, then this is not a guild to be in.
Though if you’re a player who’s don’t mind to join a guild, starting of slow in guild progression, and just looking to join a guild regardless the status of progression help and grow while we striving to progress and achieve from the button to the top, then this is the guild for you. 
GOALS :
Our strategy is to build a team not rallying skill, but also base on, maturity, communication, dedication, discipline, motivation , team work, team player and respect is what we value most in Talon.

Our end game goal is to able to complete the hardest in game PVE content while progressing, while we strive for that hunger to able to compete with the very best PVE Raid Guilds on Frostmourne server.
By end of Shadowlands season 1, hopefully we have ongoing strong established guild, and community formed by then.

A patient, friendly player who brings a positive attitude to our laid-back community, we like to have fun and joke around while still being focused on raiding strategy.
Dedicated players who can commit to long-term raiding and are able to maintain high attendances as much as possible, we understand occasional absences might happen and that’s fine with us.
A real life problem comes first.
Exceptional players that arrive raid ready with a strong awareness of their class, boss mechanics, and willingness to improve.
Maturity just likes real life; we expect everyone to respectful to one and another and are well behaving in this kind of guild environment.
Gear requirements: Does not really matter to much for now, but we do expect you to have a level 50 character ready to go as soon Shadowlands expansion set rolling in 3 weeks time.
