Cannot complete quest. I have killed Thulsketha multiple times, relogged multiple times, and waited a day. Still can’t complete. No dialogue or located complete. Can’t continue quest line without this fixed.

same issue here
So i had this same issue, sent in a bug report, then noticed a little spirit squirrel with a green arrow above its head that was right in front of Thulsketha, went over to the squirrel and got some dialog, killed Thulsketha and was able to complete quest

Nothing happens when I walked up to the squirrel or click on it. Not sure what else to do.

if you stay in the vicinity of the squirrel long enough, a voice interaction happens and that immediately cleared the objective for me

if you look at the squirrel and nothing happens back out of the boss area by the tree opening

Ended up having to abandon quest and restart for it to work
Abandoning and restarting and running up to and away from the squirrel 2x worked for me.
Leaving the area and coming back did not work until i abandonded/reaccepted the quest.
If you are unable to complete the quest like the others above - go back to where you picked up the quest and actually escort the squirrel to the boss area. If you run ahead you get into the broken state.

Same here, on day 3 of dropping the quest and trying it over and over again.
Had this happen, I’m sure it was because I got ahead of the escort.
I ran out and back and but I didn’t run out FAR enough. I ran out northeast to the shore of the pond there, and found the squirrel had re-spawned near me, with some dialog. I approached, and was able to follow it to the destination, and complete the quest.
So if this is happening to you, run out FURTHER before you resort to abandoning and restarting.
It looks like you have to escort the squirrel to the place where Thulsketha is. He will have a green arrow over him and the only way it worked for me was to walk right beside him.

This quest is still super buggy as of the end of July 2021.
You have to walk to the quest sight, then stand near the squirrel UNTIL it initiates some dialogue. Resist the urge to cave-man brain and attack the mob that you have to kill anyways or the quest will get bugged and you’ll not ben able to complete it.
After waiting however long until the squirrel does some dialogue then you can attack the mob. If you dont go very slow and give each segment of the quest a chance to “catch up”, you’ll likely end up hear reading this.
It’s an “escort” quest. Even though the quest objective shows where you need to go, you still have to follow Nika from the cage she is kept in to the location of Thulsketha.
