A summon to Orgrimmar - Eitrigg does not appear

Hello!

Returning player here: Just upgraded to “Dragonflight”.

I accepted the quest “A summon to Orgrimmar”.

However, the NPC Eitrigg does not spawn inside “Grommash Hold”.

I am exalted with Orgrimmar.

How do I troubleshoot this issue?
