Solstice is recruiting for our 25 man hard-mode raid team. We are looking for competitive, competent members who want to push their classes’ potential and clear HM content. Whether you are an experienced raider or new to raiding, we welcome all who are willing to put in the effort. Dedicated core raiders, rotational raiders, and casual players who simply want to be a part of a fun community can find a home in Solstice. Our guild has been raiding Ulduar with 24 players and still making solid progress on hard modes. We have been on Grobbulus since Classic Vanilla and are a friendly and inclusive bunch that strives to do our best each raid and continually improve.
Raid Times:
- Tue @ 6:00-9:00 pm Server Time (25s)
- Thu @ 6:00-9:00 pm Server Time (10s)
- Sun @ 6:00-9:00 pm Server Time (25s, as needed)
Raid Expectations:
- Full consumes, enchants, and gemmed.
- Full knowledge of mechanics.
- A good understanding of your class, including gear/rotation/cooldown usage, and continual desire to improve.
- Willingness to seek advice and be open to constructive criticism.
- No toxicity.
Loot System:
- A dedicated Loot Council using the RCLootCouncil addon. Our goal is to best distribute loot that maximizes impact on the raid as a whole, but also reward outstanding effort and performance.
- Factors include, but are not limited to: player>class, raid composition, availability of alternatives, and attendance.
