I would really like it if the evoker could have (since it actually has wings present) the ability to take instant flight. In a similar way that the druid can instant cast to its flight form. It fits for the druid, and it really should be the same for the evoker. Both shapeshift, both have wings on their bodies in a particular form. It would make it more pleasing aesthetically as well as fit for the overall flow of the class.
