You may or may not remember Baby Spice from back in the day; you can put it on a target (player, pet, etc) and it shrinks them right down for a short period of time. (Rather fun to use on the Bronto AH mounts).
It was available in the Garrison but then appeared to be removed, but I found it again today. To find it, you need a rank 3 Inn/Tavern in the Garrison. There is a video here that shows you where to look for the Alliance ones:
I couldnt see one for the Horde but I did find one of the spices on a table near the steps going down to the basement. Perhaps a Horde player could search out other locations.

Pretty sure I got a ton of these back when I was leveling WotLK cooking.

Yes I think they were available now and then through the Wrath cooking daily, not sure if they still are.

Yeah, I leveled it probably in BfA. I think I needed a lot spices and I bought a ton from the TW vendor.
Edit: Looks like the cooking daily still exists, so you can get the bag from there too.

Ah, baby spice, reminds me of Wrath Dalaran where this dingus would park himself on his mammoth in the bank doorway all day, every day. My friend and I would get all the baby spice we could and keep him shrunk as much as we could (when my friend wasn’t shrinking the flightmaster, that is).
The door-filling ding-dong finally said he was going to report us for griefing, so I checked with a GM first. Nope, turns out, using a game item to do what it was made to do was not griefing. On the other hand, maybe the GM was just as fed up with that guy as we were.

I remember that in Wrath… I use to use it all the time in raid.
