So tomorrow has an 8 hour maintenances understandable it’s a patch. But with the delayed releases I am wondering do you think we’ll see a long maintenance every time a new thing hits like visions or the duos event?

I think they will be probably early by 2 hours, in my experience 1 hour maintenances often get delayed, 8 hour maintenances usually don’t take the full 8 hours
Probably they are implementing the visions tomorrow so no need for another long maintenance

The patch is also adding Horrific Visions and Dastardly Duos, they just won’t be available until later on. So, hopefully, there shouldn’t be any extended maintenance when those two events are finally released.

Right I think that’s the issue, there SHOULDNT BE any extra maintenance on the days they start those because they’re in the patch. But if Blizz does 3-4 different eight hour maintenance for one patch they would be annoying
For expansion launches, it is my understanding that they do the big patch the week before, so the launch can take less time on the day people actually want to be playing it.
Tomorrow is a big day, got Andor Season 2 starting and Cosmic Exploration starting in FF14

A streamer of mine released a rogue like game that he says is about seven hours so that’s my maintenance plan lol
hope its up to 4 hrs and thats it. serious everything is time-gated content so really there shouldnt be a long 8 hr maintenance.

Hopefully it’s up after 4 hours and running terribly with lots of disconnects for the other 4 hours to make you just a little more miserable.
