Redridge is a region-based guild offering a variety of IC structures through which to pursue character-based RP couched heavily in Stormwind in general and the greater Redridge area in particular. Through various means, be it the local brigade of the Royal Stormwind Army, the local order of knighthood, the political forum for the local nobility, or otherwise, we facilitate a variety of military, adventure and social RP both internally and with other groups. Come serve King and country in your own way, talk to one of our officers and we will look into how you might be able to fit in with us and figure out an onboarding for you.
Redridge currently consists of:
- The Redridge Brigade, the regional formation of the Royal Stormwind Army, consisting of the local regiments raised by the state and by the lords.
- The Council of Lakeshire, an ad-hoc convention of local lords and knights that meets to discuss and react to issues that take place in the local area.
- The Order of the Autumn Fox, an order of knights established after the Gnoll Wars, specialised in scouting and ranging.
- The Circle of Ilgalar, the local circle of Stormwind conjurors stationed in the Tower of Ilgalar, dedicated to the research, experimentation and education of the arcane.
- The Diocese of Redridge, the local province of the Church of the Holy Light in the greater Redridge region.
D20 events are regularly scheduled and DMed through our in-house Conquest variant system. Regular delegations are sent to server campaigns where available and appropriate. Social and political RP occurs on an as-needed basis, per ongoing plotlines and emergent RP from characters in and around .
If you feel like your character would be a fit for us, do feel free to approach and weâll see what we can do to fit you in. With regards to characters, we tend to take a âhero characterâ approach to membership, prioritising personal development over long rank advancement chains. That said, we are unlikely to accept military characters over the rank of Lieutenant without good reason and we encourage new members to give themselves room to grow.
In general, Redridge is looking for human characters and so non-human characters will be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is for the purposes of keeping true to the rural Stormwind theme. We arenât looking to recruit non-Alliance or antagonist characters.
If you wish to join or have other inquiries, please post here or contact Baldassar or Jacobite in-game for more information.

A great start last night to Act I of our Color of Blood plotline, a collaborative effort with our friends in the Dwarven Vanguard. Led by Lord Jacob Brigham, soldier and adventurer alike explored reports of Scourge activity in the south of the province, only to find the remnants of an ambushed merchantâs caravan.
His wares indiscriminately looted, there was nothing they could do for the poor man, but the smell of smoke from the north brought tell of new horrors. A raiding party of Blackrock orcs had beset the farms and logging camps near Lakeshire, sparking new terror and concern for the residents of the proud and noble province. After cleaning up the advanced party, Lord Brighamâs party was left with more questions than answers.
With an investigation soon to take place, the proud Redridgians shall go in search of the hows and whys of this shocking and sly aggression in Act I, Event II of the Color of Blood.
Cool bunch of fellaâs and smellaâs
Agreed what a cool bunchâŚ
Greetings and salutations from your fiery neighbors to the north!

One day Iâm going to make a Stormwindian character that hails from Redridge and stop making Lordaeronian characters.
Itâs nice that thereâs another guild for Redridge. I always did like that area the most. Wish Blizzard gave us more villages there.

If you all need any sort of spiritual support, Iâve got a Missionary of the Light who would love to make the trek as a non-guild member.
Very interested in this guild!
Updating everyone on recent events!
On Friday 7th June
The Council of Lakeshire held a meeting at Lakeshire Town Hall to discuss a proposal by the local church to establish an agreement on interactions between them and the Council. After some discussion, the agreement was adopted. Discussion then turned to the outstanding situation with the Blackrock Orcs, in which Operation Carmine Repulse was announced and its first stages plotted. Lord Brigham reported these results back to the Province.
On Monday 10th June
A party of members of the Redridge Brigade and Order of the Autumn Fox gathered at a muster before proceeding deep into the Burning Steppes. Their object being to secure actionable intelligence about their foe before a full assault could be undertaken on the Blackrockâs forward warcamps in the Redridge foothills. Having found the orcish mustering grounds in the Steppe, they managed to defeat the rearguard and found many interesting pieces of intel - well-made materiel outside the usual pricerange of a rag-tag band of discontented radicals, a strong supply of reagents used for empowerment rituals, grimoires from QuelâThalas and diaries exalting a new, young, charismatic leader, and a mysterious seal of a teardrop in a cog. How very curious! When they withdrew, Dame Wren Moulton was charged with detonating a cache of mana crystals and in doing so, the camp was obliterated in a grand violet explosion!

A further update to our activities!
On Friday 14th June
We had the honour of hosting the meeting for the Grand Alliance this month, which we did in front of the Town Hall in Lakeshire. A spirited and efficient exchange of reports and requests for help took place and it was great to have so many people out with their banners, even if we were all haunted by the ghostly Argent Crusader.
On Monday 17th June
Stage two of Operation Carmine Repulse took place on this day, with the Redridge Brigade and the Order of the Autumn Fox taking to the foothills north of Lakeshire to drive out the Blackrock invaders of the Black Thunder warband. After slaughtering the rearguard, they confronted Oshuâgora, the charismatic young leader of the warband. After summoning a profane elemental woven of rock and gore, he made his escape over the mountains, but Dame Celine Ryker struck a fatal blow to the elemental, bringing calm to the province once more. Soon⌠Redridge shall ride north and deal retribution!

I had meant to reach out to yâall after the Grand Alliance meeting, but dwarf shenanigans ensued and I didnât get the chance!
Anyway, Iâm very interested in meeting up with yâall IC and perhaps discussing some jolly cooperation between our two groups! We both despise Blackrock orcs, after all, so thatâll be the perfect icebreaker!
Hi there! Weâd be happy to discuss opportunities for collaboration. Feel free to reach out to either Baldassar or myself over Discord (we should be pretty easy to find in the Grand Alliance server)!
Another activity update!
On Monday 17th June
The Redridgians, armed with intelligence and an insight into their foes, marched north into the foothills of the Redridge Mountains, proceeding to break through the Black Thunderâs forward warcamps with the support of an Air Corps bombardment! After hacking down their footsoldiers, they encountered the charismatic young shaman who led them - Oshuâgora! Buying time for his escape, the warlord assembled a profane elemental of rock and bone, which was humbled by Dame Celine Ryker the Steelhearted of the Order of the Autumn Fox!
On Friday 21st June
The climax of the Black Thunder invasion into Redridge, theyâre pushed onto the back foot and as the Redridge Brigade pursued them into the Steppes, their leaders withdrew into a recently discovered set of abandoned tunnels under Blackrock Mountain. Cornered, the beastly Oshuâgora tried to hack down Lord Jacob Brigham when he attempted to rescue the hostages⌠but the brave Squire Ayden cleaved the orcâs jaw from his head, ending the tyranny of the Black Thunder!
On Monday 24th June
A casual sparring night in the basement of the Lakeshire Inn was held, showing off the many talents of the Redridgians against one another, honing their skills. Squire Ayden put on a creditable performance, as did Sister Larenta Sammet! However, it was Lieutenant Rebecca Moulton who went undefeated the whole night, unbested by her fellows.

Yet another activity update!
On Monday 1st July
A party of Redridgians, from the Redridge Brigade, the Order of the Autumn Fox, and the Diocese of Redridge ventured towards Renderâs Valley, towards the crater of the old orcish base there. Engaged in combat by a highly organised group of bandits, they found evidence still of the same teardrop-in-cog logo found on the Blackrockâs supplies⌠and the resistance they met was stronger than one would expect of bandits. Though victorious, many questions yet remain of whatâs transpiring in Redridge.
On Monday 8th July
A casual bar night was held, with numerous members coming to the Lakeshire Inn to trade stories, to be introduced to one another, and to take the chance to get to know each other better. A nice, chill night but a great chance to onboard members - who weâre glad to welcome to our group.
On Thursday 11th July
Venturing high into the eastern reaches of the Redridge Mountains, near the borders with the Swamp of Sorrows, the banditsâ camp was located and assaulted. Palisades set at the mouth of a mine, a firestorm brought forth by Duke Baldassar and Lady Trahearn sundered the outer defences and after a slow, steady progress within, dispatching foes and taking prisoners, the truth was discovered. Not bandits, but mercenaries! An Alteraci group called the Upland Band was at work, and after defeating their leader Legault, they took him prisoner for questioning! Bit by bit, the conspiracy unravels!
