[A-RP Event] April RP Convention

We had a decently long break. The reschedule of the Valentine’s event really through us out of whack. But happy to finally get back on schedule!

Alliance RP Convention information

What is it? The Alliance Roleplay Convention is the event formerly known as the Meet and Greet! While it is still an IC event, it does have some OOC things such as Guild Panel - Where a few guilds who sign up take the time to answer questions about themselves that are submitted by players on the server in the Alliance ED Discord. We also use the Discord for OOC chat at the event, and get to know each other both IC and OOC.

We also will have a broadcast of current events for the month, and what public events are happening, in hopes to bring more attendance to the events such as the 3 Tavern Nights each week, the Thursday wpvp event open to all emerald dream players, server battlegrounds, pet tourneys, whatever is going on that month!

Who can come

Anyone with a willingness to try RP, or wants to observe and are on Alliance. The RP is not super serious, this is more of a glorified barnight, where people drink and just meet each other, and see who all is on the realm. It is also a great place for new players to the server to find a guild, or at least learn about the guilds on Emerald Dream.

The Lord Tact has given me a vision. The Church of Tact shall make an appearance at this convention, so that all may be reminded of the holiness demanded of them. This, however, is predicated on the Holy Renovation Project of Tact coming to completion (or at least, a midway point). Having acquired a residence that we definitely own, the Church of Tact once again has a chapel! Unfortunately it needs to be painted and have a new floor installed. Painting and floor replacement goes very slowly when you continually sacrifice the workers day in and day out.

Good help is so hard to find these days…
