It is a versatile and immersive roleplay guild that aims to seamlessly blend military, nobility/diplomatic, and trade experiences to create a dynamic world for its members. - 18+, Potential dark story themes. Conquest Based Combat.
- Dark characters and slight lore bend accepted (D&D).
- Primarily CST/PST Hours! But with a lot of EST folks!
- Casual Content, but RP focused! (Transmog runs, casual PvP, etc.)

Between World’s Faire and Conquest pre-campaign, COR has had a great time the last few weeks with walkups and events! Our very own Delmont led an amazing first event for our own pre-Outlands event line.

Imo a lot of it is just a desire to use flowery wordage in place of something a whole lot more basic.
It isn’t conventional at all, of course - with the invisible “THE” it can feel a bit weird outside of its symbolism. But the overall intention was
(The) Clandestine of Roses - aka the Secret of Roses. Their thorns, a group with grandeur and sharp efficacy in purpose.
It’s shortened because COR felt better at the time than TCOR and we decided to just roll with it!
I’m also 100% NOT looking for it to be a whole discussion, but I am happy to answer your question.

We’d like to announce that our Trade & Diplomacy divisions have been hard at work creating various events, taverns, markets, and more that we’ll be bringing to the public! Keep an eye out as we’ll be finalizing our public event discord soon and posting with dates for new events!
We’re just keeping April quiet because it’s already quite busy :x!

We’re rolling into a whole weekend campaign in a few days & I’m SO STOKED to see our story progress. It’s been a wild ride watching all the new folks come in & get involved. I can’t wait to see how everyone reacts to what’s to come!
Lately we’ve been leveling alts through MoP Remix, as well. We’re not JUST a RP guild; plenty of our folks play other facets of the game too!

It’s official!
COR’s very own trade division will be vending at this year’s Tournament of Ages! We’re super excited to bring you all: The Golden Rose Emporium! The Emporium is an umbrella for all the vendors under the COR banner to have one unified space to do vendor/merchant RP, network with in and out of guild vendors, and help get their foot in the door if they’re new to that type of RP.
The Emporium will have it’s own section, selling Rose themed and member-inspired goods! Come check us out at TOA August 4th through the 10th at Booth 3 for a plethora of goods: Archery, starblessed blacksmithing, clothing, bee based products, and so, so much more!
Thank you again to everybody who came along to C.o.R’s FIRST ToA. I’m hardly NEW to vendoring but I had taken a personal hiatus from all things with it due to some personal situations. But y’all made it fun!

I can’t believe I forgot to update about this -
COR has launched a casual content division for guildmates and friends! A place to learn how to raid/do content while enjoying chill, silly vibes, or to help get over content anxiety.
We had our first raid filled with people new to content and got all the way to Broodtwister incredibly clean. With two pulls on Broodtwister, we got to 28% before having to call it for our scheduled raid time. I’m super proud of our guildies for taking a dip into content even if they were nervous!

The guild storyline has officially started! With Delmont at the helm, the Roses had to make some very difficult decisions already: To get away with their lives to fight another day or to try and fight an unstoppable enemy…
Whoa - In just a few days, we’ve hit another milestone with applications. That being said, we will be closing our applications for the time being! If you have applied on or before 10/7/2024, your application is in review! Keep an eye out for an in-game letter! Any applications that come in afterwards will be placed on our waitlist to be the first reviewed when we open again!
Thank you all for the interest and wanting to be apart of COR! That being said, COR’s Content branch is still open to for those interested! Just reach out to any of the GMs//Officers listed in the first post to get an invite!

What an AMAZING fall Conquest for COR! With a handful of roleplayers new to the event, everyone really came in swinging despite the first time nerves! On top of that - Thank you to the community for so much engagement! I was definitely very busy with repairs/restock.
A small update for recruitment - We are still closed but taking those willing to be waitlisted! Look for us to reopen after a short recovery break from Conquest. Thank you to everyone that’s showed interest! It’s already been an amazing year and we still have a month to go.

While we are in the middle of our guild story-arc, we have plenty of methods for IC & OOC catch up if you’re worried!
BUT BOY HOWDY OUR SCHEDULE IS PACKED FOR THE COMING MONTHS - From Guild events, Grand Alliance Campaigns, Conquest, World’s Faire, and more!
We’ll also be casually tackling Undermine for the fun of it!
