A Rogue using Vanish cleanses a mob of dots why?

I damage a mob, hit it with a long bleed and vanish, it (used) to be the mob would continue to bleed out and die, now it heals up instantly.

Is there a good reason for this change?

idk. if youre soloing a mob and you vanish and it has no other targets it should reset. idk if your rogue things persist after the mob resets when you used vanish

You break combat, mob is out of combat and resets.

This sounds like pserver jank. Mobs usually reset after vanishing if you were the only person in combat with them

Is unfortunate, best you probably do is vanish with 5 CP’s and redirect back on to the mob. Never actually tried that but I guess its an option.

This was never a thing. The only way a mob would keep its health and dots is if something else has aggro on it when you vanish and drop yours

Never has been the case.

Nothing has changed, when you drop combat with the mob, it resets and heals to full.
