im trying to get my petting permit, but the requirements that say i can, says i need signatures of a worgen, a tauren, 3 vulpera, and a random guy name Tim.

the pandaren were very generous on not having a requirement.
but it is encouraged by some pandaren to get one.
You need at least 2 Pandaren signatures. One from each faction- in fact, make that 3, you need a neutral one too!

well you dont need a permit to pet someone, you just need 1 in case a loud and very annoying one decides that you cant pet them by biting yer hand off.

Far too dangerous! I would have said Vulpera directly but it just doesn’t sound as good “pet your local Vulpera!” … Actually thinking it over a bit now I’m starting to like it.
