A question about gathering

I was gathering some herbs today and while I was gathering an herb a druid in cheetah form ran up stopped for what seemed about half a second, then ran away, and the herb that I was gathering first disappeared. Is there some kind of enchant or something that allows someone to gather almost immediately?

Yes there is, don’t recall what it is called for this expac but it’s there.
