i open a ticket on a quest issue for the Lost Legends weekly quest i cant complete it because i haft to do other quests on a relic to continue but can do that because quest giver only has the lost legends quest and nothing else yet its says resolved and gave a AI response is there anyone that know how to do there jobs anymore
What ur asking for is a game hint and gms arent allowed to do so they give u a template they dont use ai or bots they wouldve told u to go to the forums not here for helpblike quests or the aptly named bug forums.

If you have found a bug, you need to report it as a bug. Hence Darth pointing you to the bug report forum.
NOBODY here can fix anything for you. This is a player help player forum.
One thing you can do is look up the quest on WoWhead, have a look at the comments to see if others have found a similar situation and if there is a workaround.

Try this -
If you’re stuck on this like I was, unable to see Root of the World and unable to select Sky’s Hope, you need to finish The Empty Cradle questline. Go to Shul’ka Seila at /way 58.8, 47.8 and complete 4 short quests beginning with That’s Not Yours. Eventually Aksum will send you back to Zur’Ashar Kassameh to do this quest with Root of the World. That will unlock another short questline starting with Once More Into the Rift, which should make Sky’s Hope available after the server reset.

GM’s are not allowed to help with quest issues though, as stated above, it’s considered a game hint which, by policy, they’re not allowed to give out.

I just copy pasted the fix from the wowhead article for the quest. It sucks but the GM’s arnt allowed to give you fixes or game hints. Wowhead usually has work arounds or fixes to things, sometimes phasing will lock you out of quests as well and its not obvious so chances are someone knows the answer over there. Hope that fix works for you

Seeing as one of the posts below gave a WoWhead solution, I’m quite sure one of the responses are “Please check Wowhead”. I too, was stuck on this quest and self-solved it then reported it as bug hoping it may get fixed in the future.
But let’s not say it is an “AI response”, it is their policy to template you towards WoWhead. GM’s aren’t allowed to assist with quest things as that is considered a game hint. Being rude to other people helping you isn’t nice either and all would’ve been solved if you did the first thing the GM’d advised you to do so.

so i figured out the issue is Kassameh that has the quest more me to continue but wait i cant because the npc only gives the lost legends quest and cant complete it because the other relics says i haft to complete other quest that he has to continues Ive looked all over the map for other quest that some people suggested and nothing is working, so may take 15 years to fix this issue
did you go to the way point I linked? It gives you the map coordinates

ive looked all over after you share coordinates nothing shows the quests you suggested
I’m having the exact same problem going to the pin on the map didn’t help, iv gotten 2 AI responses telling me to check wow head and I’m losing my mind. Its been this way for 3 months

Still not AI its atemplate and ur still asking for a game hint and a GM still woudnt be able to help u like the OP.

Wrong, I know what I’m missing and I cant fix it because its bugged. I even submitted a ticket for the bug like the “GM” advised and nothing ever happened. I have no faith in this ever being fixed considering one day out of the blue I logged in TWW and got a bugged feat of strength from 2016. but thank you or showing up to tell us we are wrong and defend the billion dollar company. Its a big help.

Its the truth and GMS dont fix bugs reporting bugs are a one way street they just cant magicly fix a bug outa the blue theyd have to get a developers permission which is rare because fixing something can break something else and they will send u to wowhead because there are work arounds and stuff from other players that can work that a GM cant tell you.
