< Battle Hardened > is looking for progression-ready raiders to push for the end of the tier. We are aiming for Cutting Edge (or as far as we can go) before the prepatch. Once the prepatch hits we will continue raiding until the end of the tier, going as far as we can and/or working on achievements and other activities until the drop of the new expansion.
Established in 2015 as a PVE guild, BH has gone through many tiers of content with a close-knit group of raiders that became more like family. We’re looking for like-minded people who want to down progression bosses but still enjoy their time doing so. Our raiders thrive in a friendly raid environment, with the expectations that each of our raiders will pull their weight and know their class/mechanics without the extra necessity of negative criticism.

12/12 Heroic Ny’alotha
10/12 Mythic Ny’alotha

- Discord (with working mic)
- 75%+ mandatory attendance on raid nights
- Ability to log on by 5:50pm on raid nights
- Personal Prepots (flasks/feasts provided)
- Ability to receive constructive criticism
- Hatred of puns and terrible jokes

Just a warning for those who join this guild, the gm and several others in the guild are cliquey. I only mention this because of how bad it is or was when i was in the guild. Besides that they are a very good guild, if you stay on their good side.

Sorry that you felt we were cliquey when you raided with us on Opulence. If you felt left out it wasn’t because someone stamped OUTCAST on your forehead. I’ll admit, I had a lot of iRL stuff going on at the time so if you felt left out you might have just gotten overlooked, and if that’s the case, I’m sorry. Some people get on swimmingly, and others might not, and it’s okay for everyone to find their own homes that make them happy even if it’s not with us.
I will say though, I’m excited for January and the new raid tier! We’ve been slowly gearing up to get ready for the new raid, and it feels so good to be back with friends! We’ll be taking things at a decent pace and focus more on just enjoying ourselves with good friends while we tackle AOTC. If you’re looking for a close-knit bunch to run with, hit that apply button!

It wasn’t just me, several others found the guild to be very cliquey. Whether it was raiding or mythic+ you folks didn’t give anyone a chance. So as for people getting along swimmingly or not, there wasn’t even a chance to begin with. I digress, if you don’t mind being belittled or completely ignored then feel free to join.

Happy to see the numbers rise once again and doing Mythic + with remembered faces has been good fun.
Though to address the cliques: EVERY guild over a certain size will have cliques. You absolutely can not stick 30 people together and expect all 30 to like all of the other 29. It just doesn’t ever happen. Officers talked about it often, and we did our best to be inclusive. We OFTEN went out of our way to make sure anyone who wanted it got their M+s done for the best weekly boxes possible whenever it was possible. We will still probably go out of our way to do that, and not every guild will care enough to do the same.
So, I look forward to seeing us continue to grow our numbers back up once again, and see how we continue on our journey in this game.
For now though, Happy Holidays, and I look forward to seeing how next year unfolds for us.

Having lots of fun with Battle Hardened again! Have fun killing N’Zoth and I’ll be here cheering from the sidelines! If anybody is interested, after raiding with this group for two years and going casual, they are still an excellent home to be part of for the few times a week I log on to do dailies!

We’re ending the week at 12/12 normal and 8/12 heroic Ny’alotha. I’m really excited to see N’zoth on heroic difficulty, so hopefully we get to him soon!
