Progress Not Parses is a small, tight-knit guild of semi-hardcore players who value the social aspect of the game just as much as the content itself! We are all about balancing having fun and consistent progression. We offer an inclusive, non-toxic environment with an active Discord, normal Castle Nathria alt runs, casual rated PvP, an ever-growing Mythic Plus community, and alternative game nights for those interested in an occasional night away from WoW with some friends.
This guild was founded on the principles of safety and community, as a drama-free home for players who want to progress efficiently and discover their potential in a supportive team. We understand that real life comes first and that at the end of the day, WoW is a game meant to be enjoyed. We do, however, expect all non-social members of the guild to play to the best of their ability and be continually working to better themselves and their characters, both by optimizing their rotation and itemization in-game and by familiarizing themselves with their class discord and reviewing performances on Warcraftlogs outside of the game. Just as we expect each individual raider to show up with a drive for self-improvement, we also expect everyone to remember that we are a team, and we exist to support one another in that goal. We do not tolerate elitism or bullying of any form, and this guild will always be a welcoming home to those who are earnestly and genuinely striving to become stronger players, regardless of where your starting point may be.
Our Progression Raid Team is currently 9/10H with plans to continue on into Mythic Castle Nathria. Our officer team boasts a wide range of leadership experience, and our raid leader’s background encompasses multiple server-first titles and leadership in a top 10 US guild. Raid times are 8pm - 11pm server on Fridays and Saturdays.

For Social: You must be 18+ years old and have a good vibe. : )

For the Sunday Team or Mythic+: You must be 18+ years old, apply with a character that is level 60, and be at least 190 ilvl.

For the Progression Raid Team: You should be 21+, but we may consider exceptional younger players on a case by case basis. You must have at least 10/10N Castle Nathria cleared, be at least 205 ilvl with appropriate enchantments, and have crafted a level two or higher legendary.
