Progress Not Parses is a small, tight-knit guild of semi-hardcore players who value the social aspect of the game just as much as the content itself. We are all about enjoying the game while achieving consistent progression, and ultimately growing together as a community! We offer an inclusive, non-toxic environment with an active Discord, normal Castle Nathria alt runs, casual PvP, Mythic Plus, and alternative game nights for those interested in an occasional night away from WoW with some friends. We have designs for established M+ teams in the future, an RBG group, arena teams - even Dungeons & Dragons and a book club are in the works!
This guild was founded on the principles of safety and community, as a drama-free home for players who want to progress efficiently and discover their potential in a supportive team. We understand that real life comes first, and that at the end of the day WoW is a game meant to be enjoyed - we consider ourselves a semi-hardcore guild, not a hardcore guild. We do, however, expect all non-social members of the guild to play to the best of their ability and be continually working to better themselves and their characters, both by optimizing your rotation and itemization in-game and by familiarizing yourself with your class discord and reviewing performances on Warcraftlogs outside of the game. Just as we expect each individual raider to show up with a drive for self-improvement, we also expect everyone to remember that we are a team, and we exist to support one another in that goal. We do not tolerate elitism or bullying of any form, and this guild will always be a welcoming home to those who are earnestly and genuinely striving to become stronger players, regardless of where your starting point may be.
We are currently 7/10H with plans to continue on into Mythic Castle Nathria. Our officer team boasts a wide range of leadership experience, and our raid leaderâs background encompasses multiple server-first titles and leadership in a top 10 US guild. Raid times are 8pm - 11pm server on Fridays and Saturdays.

We will happily consider exceptional players, regardless of class and spec, on a case by case basis.
We are also focused recruiting tanks and healers for our Mythic+ roster. We are interested in hearing from players of various proficiencies; for most M+ applicants, itâs more about the attitude than the RaiderIO rating!
In addition, we are openly recruiting for a Wednesday evening (8pm - 11pm server) RBG team.
Social applicants do not need to be any specific class or spec! If you appreciate the environment weâve established and think you would enjoy your time here as a social member just to make some friends and enjoy this game (or others!) together, youâre more than welcome to get in touch.
Requirements:

For Social: You must be 18+ years old and apply with a character that is at least level 50.

For Normal Nathria or Mythic+: You must be 18+ years old, apply with a character that is level 60, and be at least 185 ilvl.

For the Progression Raid Team: You should be 21+, but we may consider exceptional younger players on a case by case basis. You must have at least 10/10N Castle Nathria cleared, be at least 200 ilvl with appropriate enchantments, and have crafted a level two or higher legendary.

We do not accept applications for characters who are below level 50. Once youâre in the guild, youâre more than welcome to have alts and friends invited as well!
