<Informal> is a competitive, Semi-Hardcore guild with leadership who has extensive experience with classic content on both Vanilla and private servers. We are looking for dedicated players with the desire to clear cutting edge classic content, and the drive to push themselves to the peak of their ability. We encourage players of all experience levels with similar goals who are looking for a great morning raid experience to seek us out.
EXPECTATIONS: As an adult guild, we value respect, maturity and honesty above all else when it comes to our members. Our first team expects raiders to have 90% attendance, make full use of consumables, and have competitive performance. Our second team is more relaxed, but still competitive. In addition, we expect all members to set an example as role models for the Pagle community.
LOOT: Our first team uses a transparent Loot Council. Raiders come together with their class leaders to agree upon where loot should go based on performance, attendance, attitude, contributions outside of raiding, and what is best for the raid as a whole, and those lists are posted publicly. Our second team uses a combination Loot Council and free roll system, using LC for big ticket items and free rolling everything else with priority (e.g. ToEP caster DPS>healer).
