All three of those characters are fine. Jaina has an interesting arc of guilt and regret throughout BFA. Anyone who says her crimes were retconned probably didnt even play the Alliance side where her crimes are brought up multiple times.

That’s all well and good, but she never atones for her sins. It’s not like she reaches out to the Horde at large to apologize. She just touches Thrall’s arm and all is forgiven.
Why not show Jaina expressing true contrition to the Horde, maybe a speech in Orgrimmar where she is apparently allowed to roam free, for allowing Theramore to be used as a staging ground for an invasion of Kalimdor or for attempting repeatedly to drown every man, woman and child in Orgrimmar? An apology for her actions leading to the deaths of countless Zanadalari and Rastakhan?
