Newtypes, a professional e-sports organization has just started it’s World of Warcraft division with its virtual homebase on US Tichondrius [Alliance] and is now holding tryouts. We will be recruiting up to 100 new guild members to join us as we compete in Arena, RBG, Mythics and, of course, have fun as well.
We are looking for all classes.

Requirements of Participation in:
- Practice - Mon, Wed from 7PM-9PM+ PST
- Rated Battlegrounds - Tues, Thurs from 7-9PM PST
- Arenas - Fridays from 7-9PM PST
- Mythics - Weekends (Optional)
- World Events (Occasional)
- Stream to our channels (Pros only and sponsored players for certain events when they want to)
Team members are encouraged to play more in order to be at their best and build camaraderie.
We will be selecting both a Pro team as well as sponsored guild members. Pro team members will be signed to our organization as professionals receiving their monthly subscription as well as a $500 monthly stipend. Subject to additional terms and conditions set forth in a sponsorship contract, Newtypes will receive 15% of earnings for its management and sponsorship from selected Pro team members.

If you pass the application phase, you will be invited to a 10 on 10 battleground scrim which we will both spectate on discord and in-game in order to assess abilities and determine if you are a good fit for Newtypes.
To be clear, Newtypes is not the oracle of selecting and finding talent in World of Warcraft and E-Sports in general. Just because you do not make it onto Team Newtypes does not mean that you are not skilled. Without an individualized selection process, we may definitely overlook you. We encourage you to try again next time and/or pursue your own career path in e-sports if it is your dream. Additionally, some players blossom later than others. Keep up your efforts, take on constructive criticisms, alleviate said criticisms, and win.
