I’ve also yet to receive anything after obtaining more than 20k in Plunder. 
no it is not. which character do I get it on? when do we get it? you’ve thrown out this very vague statement with zero details. give details please!!
100% agree. It is not fixed, and they have no response.
random thought: last year, from the same vendor, you could purchase a normal Amirdrassil item - restricted to one per account. surely that wouldn’t be stopping people from getting the reward this time round… surely not

I did not play Plunderstorm enough last time to get any items. So in my case it shouldn’t apply. It’s a guessing game as to how you get reward, due to completely vague post.

Which mind you are near the end of the renown track, like renown 17 and 19 last I checked, and you can only get 1 renown per week.
It will be SEVENTEEN WEEKS before you get your first Dinar. Many people stop playing before this.

I did get a box of something, contained 1 Silver Spoil and 2 Bronze Spoil. The 2 Bronze traded in for 2 green items and the 1 Silver traded in for a 610 Ring. Think the tool tip said it was for placing in the Top 3 of a match. Otherwise, I’ve gotten nothing for 5k plunder that I’m aware of, and the mail I did get was on an alt I barely play.

Okay, now we need people who got the box to confirm if they placed Top 3 at some point.
I’ve definitely surpassed 5k several times before this. I went in this morning and earned almost 6k more just in case. Also was in the top 2 and top 3 with nothing in my mail.
Maybe this is just typical Blizz-busted and only “sort of working” for some players.
Still not enough info if it’s on the first character you log in on after the reward pops. All characters? 1 time? 1 character? yada yada.
Maybe they’ll clarify it at some point. Til then, I’m out of blunderstorm 2.0 for the foreseeable future.
I would check your alternate characters as well. My weird box was on alt # 36 of 38. Why it was on a character I barely play I don’t understand. But if anything, I now have 31 characters geared between 594-597 and 7 geared between 614-619.
So what’s the reward? I’d hate to go through all my characters to figure this out.
Were they all maxed level or nah?
All 38 of my characters are max level. Completed them like a week before last. Last week I started getting them all their rings, was only 9 left when I started this week. And I finally got bored enough to finish those last characters with gear and rings. I received the box sometime around 2-3pm Eastern when I noticed mail.
I checked all my other characters, and it was the only one that received a piece of mail that had an item to turn in for loot. Not that I wasn’t able to use a 610 ring, but on a character, I barely play was unnecessary. Then again if I was on my main, I need gloves and would have had to vender the item.
Not all of mine are, just wanted to see if that was a case if it gets mailed to a high lvl or not. Been checking alts and still no mail on my end.
Ticket gave me sort of useless information so waiting on a response back for clarity - and keeping on pressing for such where need be. A bug report is one thing but damnit some clarity on WHY it can’t just be mailed to my main or something is baffling.

I agree. I used both the log in from game and login from the added client. When I logged in from inside the game, it was always on my main character, so again why I got mailed something on my 36th alt that I was on at the time probably I don’t know why. So sick of the Great Vault giving me something I don’t need on my main 7 characters I play weekly, so at least when I rarely play that alt it got something useful.
