They mean they have bought both of the new mounts (totalling 10k plunder) but have not recieved the in game mail for the heroic nerub-ar palace piece.

Hi - reporting that I also went and earned 5k for the first time playing this game mode ever, and haven’t received anything yet.
I tried spending it, too. Appearances showed up on my retail characters, but nothing in the mail yet.
If you’re going to offer this as an incentive to get people to play the mode, you need to make sure the incentive is actually working.
I’m sure it’s not your fault, Kaivax, but Blizzard letting go of so many QA people continues to take a big toll on the game.

I got 5k plunder and yet I didn’t receive mail in any of my characters… I’m missing something? Tried to even earn 5k extra plunder this evening but still no mail.
All good. My wording was a tad off. I was referring to the currency token thing.
We are in 11.1. We will get 2 Dinars from the renown track. Its account wide so all characters will get 2 Dinars.
4 months in lol … better than nothing, but … not entirely useful either.
Ya and on the PTR forum we have been begging for the cap to be Renown 2 week 1, then increase by 2 each week so we can max the renown in 10 weeks. Or for the dinars to be placed earlier in the track.

10,500 earned and still no mail. Checked every character’s mail (even on other servers)
There was a similar reward for the first Plunderstorm.
Does this reward work like the Trader’s Tender, in that if you received it last time you can’t get it again?
I havent gotten mine…whats going on? No alts have mail either.
Also add to the group that hasn’t gotten it even though I have played it enough for the entire purple set and the new weapons.
Another bug release. Sent the box to an alt and it locks up in my bag and will not open. No I have zero add-ons running. Logged out and back in several times. That unlocks the item in my bag until I right click on it and it locks up again.

will we be receiving this mail on every character or just one?
if its just one, how do we know which one without logging onto every alt?

I’ve got 75k Plunder from this Plunderstorm.
I received the mail on my alt, not my main which I logged into initially but instead the alt which I was playing the night before.
So for those of you looking for it in your mail all I can say is toon hop in the range of those you were on most recently.
Its once per account.
