Yeh, I logged on after seeing the original post about the new reward. And checked again after realizing it hadn’t shown up yet. Fingers crossed that this gets resolved soon. 11.1 is coming and the reward will be useless afterwards.

Blizzard is Lucy with the football and we’re Charlie Brown getting up humiliated each time. It’s been 11 days since this has been reported, six days for a mod to even acknowledge that something was wrong, there’s been no timeline given for the fix, and an additional five days has passed with no resolution. If it hasn’t come by tomorrow’s patch, it’s not coming at all. Which tbh should make Kaivax mad, because it makes them look the fool for telling a huge lie not knowing that Blizz literally doesn’t care or have any idea what went wrong/fix it. Hat’s off to the people that got stuff, hope it was useful, my alts could have used something. .
This is a very frustrating thing. Sure, I didn’t NEED a character to get this stuff, but the fact it was PROMISED with no follow-through to correct it being bugged or whatever is just inherently poor customer service on Blizzard’s part.
Radio-silence is the expected norm and I don’t see why we should ever be bothered to believe anything they say from this point forward.

and then when you call them out for telling a great big lie, your post gets flagged and removed. Hey Blizzard - maybe instead of trying to hide posts criticising the lies you’re telling, how about acknowledging that you messed up, and making it better with a comprehensive and informative post regarding when stuff is being fixed
